You can return your order within 30 days after receiving your order by submitting a ticket with your order number, we will then print a return label and a shipping fee will be collected from your refund.

30 days are counted between the moment you receive your order and you return it. If the parcel is sent after the 30 days period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
