What should I do if my payment has not been accepted?

If your payment has not been accepted, there can be several reasons:

  • The transaction may have taken too long to complete. You may try again.

  • Your underlying payment card has insufficient funds. We recommend you to try again with another credit card with enough funds.

  • If the issue still persists, we recommend you to contact your bank to find out the cause(s). Then, you can renew your order online.
