How can I track my order status ? print icon

When placing an order on our website, the creation of an account is required. On your account Dashboard, a section is dedicated to track your order status. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent and includes a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

  • In progress - Your order has been processed by our system. If you notice that the status does not change within 24 hours, we invite you to contact us to get a personalized answer.

  • In process - order is currently being processed in our warehouse. You will soon receive an e-mail detailing the shipment of your package.

  • Shipped - Your order has left our warehouse and is currently being delivered. You will find details of its shipment and in particular your tracking number in your Enhancia shipment email.

  • Delivered - Your order has been delivered.

  • Cancelled - Unfortunately, your order has been processed (payment failure, technical bug, your decision.), so you will not be charged for your order. We therefore invite you to renew it now and we are at your disposal to assist you.

  • Returned - Your order has been returned and received by our services. Once the return is processed by our logistics team, your refund will appear within 5 business days in your bank account.

  • Refunded - You have been refunded.
