CONNECTION LOST: WHITE LED BLINK

There is no more communication between the hub and the ring. It could be several reasons:

  • Ring out of the range: make sure to use the ring less than 5 meters away from the Hub.

  • No more ring battery: you have to charge it by putting the ring down on the Hub.

LOW BATTERY: RED LED BLINK

When red lights are blinking, which indicates your ring battery is low (<10%), you have to charge it by putting the ring down on the Hub.

CHARGING MODE: COLOR LED BLINK

When the ring is on the hub, it’s in charging mode. The led indicates the battery level, when the led are red, the battery is low, let it charge. When the leds are yellow, the battery is approximately at the middle of the charge. When the leds are fully green that means the battery is fully charged, you can enjoy it now!

The time to fully charge your ring is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
